Karen was fabulous in guiding us with our move from Vancouver to Osoyoos! We highly recommend her expertise in the South Okanagan market. She is a warm, efficient and welcoming person with lots of contacts and very knowledgeable of the local area. She negotiated a great price for us! She knew when things were overpriced and did not hesitate to point out problem properties. We were specifically looking for a fixer-upper with a defined set of criteria and our search was quite extensive over several different towns. I think Karen was essential in helping us navigate an unfamiliar area and all the nuances that we were unaware of. She was very professional and knew what properties had quirks or hidden things (like easements for the town) and which locations were not ideal (too close to busy areas or too far away from the water even though it looked like it was close on google maps!).
